Delete your account and data
You can start deletion directly in RallyMap.
In the app
- Open RallyMap and sign in to your account.
- Go to Profile → Delete account («Удалить аккаунт»).
- Read the warning and confirm deletion. Wait for the result; if an error occurs, retry or contact the operator.
Uninstalling the app or signing out does not delete your server account. Account deletion is irreversible; creating a new account does not restore the old history.
If you cannot access the app
Write from an email address you can access. Include your account email (including an Apple relay address), your username if known, and your request. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes or identity documents without a separate, justified request. We may need to verify that the account belongs to you.
This includes a lost phone, an uninstalled app or access blocked by the location screen. An external request should include the account email, username if known, and a request for account deletion. You can write from an address you can access; account ownership is verified separately. Do not send your password or sign-in code.
What happens to the data
Deletion removes your account, profile, connections, personal plans, messages and meetups you created, including their history. The app deletes your uploads before deleting the account; an error may prevent completion. Other attendees’ attachments in your meetups, backups and logs require separate cleanup procedures. RallyMap does not control copies saved by recipients or messengers.
